Zopo Z5000: Pros and Cons

Zopo announced the launch of the Z5000 smartphone in 2017. The manufacturer is offering this smartphone with 5.5 inch AMOLED display, Mediatek MT6750T SoC, and 4 GB of RAM. The Z5000 comes with Android OS v7.0 (Nougat) pre-installed. This phone uses a high resolution 720 x 1280 px, 5.5 inch AMOLED display. This phone has only one rear-camera (13 MP, 4160 x 3120 px) on its back for photos and videos. Is the cost justified by its features? I'll strive to answer that by the end of my review.

The Zopo Z5000 comes with Android OS v7.0 (Nougat) out of the box. Android is an open-source operating system. This means the source code is free to the public. This octa-core CPU consists: Octa-core, Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53, Quad-core 1 GHz Cortex-A53. Many people consider ARM Mali GPUs a good option for mobile devices.

Display type, size, resolution

The Z5000's AMOLED display has deep blacks and vibrant colors. It also has fast response times and features like Always-On Display. The 5.5 inch display make this smartphone pocket-friendly. The display size is the diagonal distance from one corner of the screen to the opposite corner.

Memory, storage

The Zopo Z5000 comes with 4 GB of RAM, which is considered to be sufficient for most users' needs. Having more RAM alone does not guarantee better performance. 64 GB of storage is usually seen as good for a smartphone. It should be enough for most users. The Zopo Z5000 supports 4G/LTE networks. The Z5000 supports the latest Wi-Fi standards. You can use Bluetooth to connect your Z5000 smartphone to many Bluetooth devices. The Z5000 has a GPS receiver. Many fitness and activity tracking apps rely on GPS. It is used to accurately measure and record outdoor activities. The phone isn't NFC (Near Field Communication) capable. NFC is not essential for basic phone functionality, but it can be useful. The 3.5 mm headphone jack allows you to connect wired headphones or earphones to the device.
