It comes with Android OS v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) out of the box, and a Li-Po 4200 mAh battery. The IPS display panel has good color accuracy. The weight of Runbo Q5S is about 11.99 oz with battery. This is average for smartphones of the same size. A micro SIM is a smaller version of the standard SIM card used in mobile devices.

The Runbo Q5S comes with Android OS v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) out of the box. Google has integrated many services with Android. These include Google Maps, Gmail, and Google Drive.
