Amazon announced the launch of the Fire HD 8 smartphone in 2016. The manufacturer is offering the Amazon Fire HD 8 phone with 8 inches display, Mediatek MT8163 chipset, 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 comes with Android OS v5.1 (Lollipop) out of the box, and a Li-Po 4750 mAh, non-removable battery. The 8 inches phone comes with IPS display (1280 x 800 px). The IPS display provides enhanced features, such as optimal viewing angles, color accuracy, invariable color reproduction and better power consumption.
